The following individuals have applied to be listed, are known to members of our Team, and breed British-style Golden Retrievers. 
​These breeders:

• Produce litters that reflect at least 50% post-1950 Golden Retrievers imported from the UK, Europe, or Australia-New Zealand (including fresh or frozen semen)
• Are known and respected by their peers
• Select for proper temperament, genetic health, correct type and structure, and breed purpose
• Follow accepted breeding and selling practices
• Follow the Code of Ethics of the Golden Retriever Club of America (click here GRCA) or the Golden Retriever Club of Canada (click here GRCC), and belong to a National or local Golden Retriever club
• Title their dogs in AKC or CKC or GRCA events

While we endorse these breeders we make no guarantees, and you must do your own research and make your own decisions when purchasing a Golden Retriever. With the exception of a few known simple recessive traits for which there are DNA tests available, genetics is complex...and nothing about breeding is really simple.
